Dispatch and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of payment clearing. Typical delivery is 5 working days across India, counted from dispatch rather than from when the order was placed.
Remote and north-eastern locations can take two to three days longer. We will tell you at checkout if your PIN code falls outside our standard delivery window.

Express delivery is ₹199 where available, and is offered at checkout only for PIN codes our courier partners can service on that timeline.
Where we ship
We ship throughout India. We do not currently ship internationally — if you are ordering from outside India, contact us and we will quote freight separately.
Tracking your order
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is handed to the courier. You can follow it in two ways:
- Sign in and open My account → Orders.
- Use Track order in the top bar with your order number and the email address you ordered with. No account needed.
Delivery of instruments and equipment
Instruments are packed in protective cases where supplied. Please examine the outer packaging before signing for a delivery. If the carton is visibly damaged, note it on the courier's docket and photograph it before opening — that record is what allows us to claim against the courier and replace the item quickly.
Something wrong?
If an order has not moved for more than 48 hours, or the tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, contact us on +91 95829 75000 or at sales@ransurgicals.com and we will chase the courier ourselves.
