A reusable 10 mm clip applicator for ligating cystic duct, cystic artery and comparable vessels, supplied with three interchangeable inserts on one handle.
The LT-200, LT-300 and LT-400 inserts cover the small, medium-large and large clip sizes, so one handle serves the whole range rather than three instruments occupying tray space. Swapping an insert is a quarter-turn and takes seconds between clips.
The jaw crimps the clip in a controlled parallel closure, which is what stops a clip splaying open on a partially calcified duct — the failure mode that matters in cholecystectomy. The long shaft reaches comfortably in a deep or obese abdomen where a standard shaft comes up short.
Stainless steel throughout, fully strippable for cleaning, and autoclavable.

Is the long shaft necessary or will the standard reach?

AFor patients of average build the standard shaft is adequate. The long shaft is worth having if you regularly operate on heavier patients or work in a deep abdomen, where a standard shaft comes up short.

Can the applicator be fully dismantled for cleaning?

AYes, it strips completely without tools. There are no sealed channels where residue can be trapped, which is why CSSD departments generally prefer this pattern.
